Bleu Cheese Crumble
This recipe is:

Top salads or crackers with this rich crumble.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces Danish bleu cheese Add to list
- 1/3 cup olive oil Add to list
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion Add to list
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar Add to list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice Add to list
- Ground black pepper Add to list
Preparation
Combine ingredients with crumbled bleu cheese. Cover tightly and refrigerate 30 minutes to overnight. Serve cool or at room temperature.
