These homemade bath salts make a great gift for co-workers and friends.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Epsom salts or coarse sea salt Add to list
  • 1/2 cup baking soda Add to list
  • Several drops essential oil (try lavender for relaxation, lemon for energizing and uplifting, or rosemary for stimulating circulation) Add to list

Preparation

Mix together salt, baking soda and your choice of oil(s). Shake to fully coat the salt and baking soda with the oil(s).

Place salts in a glass jar, container or resealable bag and tie with a sprig of pine.

Notes
