Basil-Meyer Lemon Truffle Oil

Use this oil in the recipe for Pappardelle with Sautéed Prawns, Pepper Bacon and Candied Cherry Tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves Add to list
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil Add to list
- 1 tablespoon Meyer lemon juice (or you may substitute 2 teaspoons regular lemon juice) Add to list
- 1 teaspoon white or black truffle oil Add to list
- 1 tablespoon capers Add to list
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree.
