No need for fancy equipment for these banana chips – simply dehydrate them in your oven!
Preheat oven to 200° F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cut the bananas into 1/4-inch slices and place them on the prepared baking sheets so the slices are close but don’t touch. Brush or squeeze a little lemon juice on the banana slices.
Bake the bananas for 1 to 2 hours, depending on desired texture. Remember, they will crisp up a little once they are cooled!
