Balsamic Strawberries
This recipe is:

Enjoy atop sliced lemon loaf with BelGioioso mascarpone, with Coconut Bliss frozen dessert or on their own.
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups sliced, hulled strawberries (about 16 ounces) Add to list
- 3 tablespoons Madhava Light Agave Nectar* Add to list
- 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar Add to list
Preparation
Toss all ingredients in medium bowl and mash lightly to bring out the juice.
* 1/4 cup sugar can be used in place of agave. Let stand at room temperature until juice forms, between 1 and 3 hours.
