Ingredients
- Green tea gelato Add to list
- Lemongrass soda Add to list
- Dried red chiles (for garnish) Add to list
- Sprigs of basil (for garnish) Add to list
- Slice of fresh lime (optional) Add to list
Preparation
Place 2 scoops of gelato in a large glass. Top with the soda and garnish with 1 dried red chile and 1 sprig of basil. Place a slice of fresh lime in the base of the glass for a different twist.
