Artichoke-Olive Crostini

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and smashed Add to list
- 1 cup green olives, pitted Add to list
- 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and drained Add to list
- 1 15-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained Add to list
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil Add to list
- 1 baguette Add to list
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400° F.
In a food processor, combine ingredients and process to a coarse paste. Cut the baguette into 8 slices and toast on an oven rack for 6 minutes, or until crisp and browned. Spread the mixture over toasts and serve.
