This yummy and refreshing frozen pop is made with apricots and yogurt, and it’s a breeze to make!

Ingredients

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into popsicle molds or small paper cups and insert wooden sticks. Freeze until solid, 3 to 4 hours.

Each serving: 80 cal, 0.5 fat (0g sat), 0mg chol, 25mg sodium, 18g carb, 1g fiber, 3g protein
