Apple Coriander Chutney

Use this chutney as a topping to Spice-scented Butternut Squash and Apple Bisque.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely chopped apple Add to list
- 1 teaspoon toasted coriander seeds Add to list
- 2 tablespoons chopped dried cranberries Add to list
- 1 tablespoon honey Add to list
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar Add to list
- Pinch of cayenne pepper Add to list
- Salt and pepper to taste Add to list
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
Each serving: 20 cal, 0g fat (0g sat), 0mg chol, 0mg sodium, 5g carb, 0g fiber, 0g protein
