All-purpose Gluten-free Flour Blend

A great one-to-one substitute for standard flour.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sorghum flour Add to list
- 1 1/2 cups brown rice flour Add to list
- 1 cup tapioca flour Add to list
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum Add to list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda Add to list
- 2 teaspoons baking powder Add to list
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together. Store in an airtight, glass container in refrigerator to keep fresh longer.
