There's no shortage of fun this summer, and thankfully we even have the sun on our side this year! Look for PCC at events throughout the region or join us at Edmonds or Redmond for weekend barbecues!
LEAVE THE GRILLING TO US at our Edmonds and Redmond stores. Grillin’ & Chillin’ weekend community barbecues run through Aug. 30. July’s menu features a hot dog or hamburger (with vegetarian options for both), Red, White and Black Baked Beans and our own macaroni salad and coleslaw. Cost is $7 per person with $3 of each meal donated to community organizations (kids 12 and under eat for $3).
VISIT the Kid Picks Mobile and enjoy live entertainment, bicycle races, kids activities, a carnival and fireworks at Redmond’s Derby Days Festival, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. July 11 at the Redmond City Hall Campus, 15670 N.E. 85th St.
TASTE amazing white wine beyond Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio 6:30-8 p.m. July 16 at Redmond PCC. Sip wines from Washington’s Columbia Gorge 6:30-8 p.m. at Fremont PCC. Tastings are $5 per person. RSVP at 206-547-1222 ext. 191 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
HELP feed hungry families by volunteering your time to package bulk foods funded by your donations. PCC Cares Food Bank Program has work parties 7 p.m. July 13 at Issaquah Food Bank (179 First Ave. S.E. in Issaquah) and 7 p.m. July 15 at FamilyWorks Food Bank (1501 N. 45th in Seattle). Call 206-547-1222 or email email@example.com for more information.
