Paper bag fees
PCC is required by city law to charge 5 cents for each large paper shopping bag at our Fremont, Greenlake, Seward Park, View Ridge, West Seattle and Issaquah* stores.
*The Issaquah bag fee begins March 1, 2013 and is required for all large retailers operating within the city.
PCC sells reusable bags at cost. For every bag you reuse, PCC will continue to donate 5¢, equally shared by PCC Farmland Trust and the PCC Food Bank Program, unless you ask to keep the nickel.
