Produce Clerk
Job Description:
Main job responsibilities include providing excellent, professional customer service, building and maintaining produce displays, rotating produce in back stock and sales floor. Other responsibilities include receiving produce orders, arranging credits from vendors, processing invoices, updating price changes and signage, writing orders and handling other produce department tasks.
Hours: 24 - 40 hours per week
Pay: $12.00+/hr, Depending on Experience
Prerequisites:
Proven ability to provide excellent, professional customer service. Demonstrated organizational and communication skills. Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must have basic math skills and knife skills. Previous produce experience required. Must be able to meet physical demands including standing, bending, twisting, repetitive motion and lifting 10 – 50lbs. regularly. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Cashier
Job Description:
Main job responsibilities include providing excellent, professional customer service, accurately and efficiently scanning and keying items into register, receiving and processing all payments according to PCC standards, performing basic math skills and proficiency at 10-key, communicating effectively about PCC’s membership and programs, handling merchandise returns, bagging groceries according to PCC bagging guidelines, and maintaining an orderly appearance at the register.
Hours: 28-40 hours per week
Pay: $12.00+/hr, Depending on Experience
Prerequisites:
Proven ability to provide excellent, professional customer service. Must demonstrate basic math skills and proficient at 10-key. Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills. Must be available to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends. Previous retail or public customer contact experience desired; background in cashiering or retail grocery industry preferred. Must be able to meet physical demands including standing, bending, twisting, repetitive motion, and lifting 10-50lbs. regularly. Must be at least 18 years of age.
