May 24, 2005 — PCC joined The Ocean Conservancy and more than 30 other organizations to submit this letter to the Chair and ranking members of the U.S. House and Senate committees and subcommittees to "Protect ocean health and ensure responsible governance," by withholding support of NOAA's Offshore Aquaculture Bill (PDF).
