- Slice your hard-boiled egg in half lengthwise and place on a plate.
- Slice the radish and olives into a few thin slices.
- Cut small slits in the eggs for eyes and ears and stick in the radishes and olives.
- Cut a small slit in the tail end of the mouse and stick one chive stem in for a tail.
- Place both mice on a plate with your wedge of Swiss cheese for a fun snack!
