Frozen Custard Caramel Butter Sundae
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 6 small bananas, quartered
- vanilla frozen custard
- Melt butter in 2 quart saucepan over medium heat. Add pecans; sauté 3 minutes or until foamy and fragrant. Stir in brown sugar and whipping cream. Bring to boil; continue boiling 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat. Gently stir in bananas; let stand 5 minutes. Serve over vanilla frozen custard.
