Delaware Oyster Stew
- 1 pint oysters
- 4 Tbs butter
- 1 quart milk
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- In a 4-quart pan, melt butter, add drained oysters, and cook 3 minutes on medium heat or until edges curl. Add milk, salt and pepper, and bring almost to boiling. Serve immediately.
