Creamy White Bean Dip

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbs parsley sprigs
- 1 2/3 cups cannelini beans, cooked, rinsed and drained (one can)
- 1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbs light sour cream
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
- In food processor, add garlic and parsley; process until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
- Chill before serving.
Serving size is 2 Tbsp (30g).
