- 1 honeydew melon, cut into large slices or wedges
- 2 Tbs chili powder
- Juice from 1 lime
- 2 tsp Salt
- Take each of the melon slices and coat with lime juice.
- Then rub the chili powder and salt generously on both sides of the slice (the lime juice and natural juices of the melon will help it stick).
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
