PCC first to receive gluten-free endorsement
May 2010 marked a milestone for PCC Natural Markets. Our cooperative earned the nation's first Gluten-free Retailer Endorsement from the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America (GIG), a non-profit organization that provides support for those sensitive to gluten.
We carry about 2,000 gluten-free products, from pastas and pancakes mixes to health and body care products.

Gluten-free product identification
In the absence of a national gluten-free standard, PCC labels products "gluten-free" based on information provided by our vendors. Read more about the status of national and international gluten-free standards.
