In accordance with PCC members’ wishes for co-op wide waste reduction efforts, the PCC Cooks winter class catalog will not be mailed in the Sound Consumer to our 45,000 active member. The printed catalog will be available in our stores.

By not mailing this catalog we will save approximately 35 trees, 15,600 gallons of water, 32 million BTUs of energy, 1,000 pounds of solid waste and 1,800 pounds of greenhouse gas emissions.

Explore a world of culinary creation.

PCC Cooks features dozens of fun, idea-inspiring classes for experienced cooks and food-loving novices alike. Join us for a taste of global cooking with seasonal ingredients, to basic cooking techniques — plus delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes. We also encourage fun in the kitchen for budding chefs with lots of hands-on cooking classes designed just for kids.

Our classes center on great-tasting natural cooking techniques, presented by professional chefs and experienced instructors who are dedicated to using the freshest ingredients like locally grown produce, all-natural meat and seafood and healthy whole grains.

Classes are held in fully equipped teaching kitchens located in our Edmonds, Greenlake, Issaquah, Redmond and West Seattle PCC stores, at our our co-op office and the Bastyr University Nutrition Science Kitchen. And, once the cooking is done, there's always plenty of time for tasty samples and relaxed conversation with our lively, talented instructors.
