Cost, tour only: $15 per adult, $8 per child ages 4 to 12, kids 3 and under free.

Join us as we dig into the heart of year-round vegetable production at one of the Puget Sound's premier organic operations and experience the farm from "field to fork!"

  • Tour PCC Farmland Trust's Delta Farm, and other parcels that Nash Huber and his crew lease — over 400 acres, across the Dungeness Valley. This will give the ability to see his entire operation as well as the big picture of how the valley is being impacted by development.*
  • Learn the ins and outs of winter vegetable production from owner/operator Nash Huber and field production manager Scott Chichester.
  • Enjoy a farm-fresh meal catered by Nash's catering team, Field to Fork, and listen to acoustic mountain blues with local musicians. The food buffet will include local cheeses, wines (one drink ticket included with meal), vegetables, grains and salmon. In addition, Olympic Cellars will provide a no-host bar with local wine.
  • Listen to Dr. Curtis Beus, WSU Clallam County Extension Director, discuss "Food from Everywhere and Nowhere."
  • Local farmland saving group, Friends of the Fields, will share information about land use issues on the Olympic Peninsula.
  • The PCC Farmland Trust will provide updates on its work.

* Bring your mud boots and warm woolies. We'll tour the fields, rain or shine!
