Two seatings - 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
3601 Fremont Ave. N. Suite 202, Seattle
Please join Hunger Restaurant and PCC for a very special event with winemaker Joan Bautista from Terra Alta in Northeast Spain.
Joan will be in the Northwest for the first time, showcasing his four limited production wines paired with three courses from Hunger’s owner and executive chef, Jaime Brooks. The cost is only $45 not including tax or gratuity.
Terra Alta, a region that is just gaining recognition in the United States, produces amazing wines of character and substance, and Joan is leading the pack with a true understanding of the environment and technique in the cellar.
His wines, as with all the wines in the Small Vineyards portfolio, are hand harvested, earth friendly and family owned, making them right at home in PCC’s selection. Their mission, as well as ours, is to bring high-quality products to the market with a respect for the community and environment, and ultimately creating a better life.
There will be two seatings, one at 5:30 p.m. and another at 7:30 p.m. Space is limited to 30 people per seating, so please RSVP and specify which time you would like. There also will be an order form provided for any of the wines you would like to purchase, which will be available at your local PCC store the following Wednesday.
