Each tasting is held from 1 to 5 p.m. Come taste and learn about the locally made cheeses crafted by artisan cheesemakers. Goat, sheep, cow ... we’ll have them all, from soft chèvre to creamy Camembert-style cheeses to locally made cheddars. Beecher’s Handmade Cheese, Mt. Townsend Creamery, Willapa Hills Farmstead & Artisan Cheese, Larkhaven Farmstead Cheeses, Tieton Farm and Creamery, Rogue Creamery and other local cheesemakers will be in attendance.
