TransFair USA Fair Trade Display Challenge
PCC Natural Markets won the 2005 Fair Trade Display Challenge, sponsored by TransFairUSA in the 6-50 locations category. PCC's entry, created by Roxanne Winship, PCC Visual Merchandiser, was on display in PCC Fremont throughout October 2005 (Fair Trade Month).
Second Annual Evvie Awards. PCC took top honors by Evergreen Monthly readers in the following categories:
- Best independent health/nutrition store store/Local
- Best health/nutrition store chain/Local
- Best natural grocery chain/local
- Best natural deli section
- Best locally grown produce section
- Best store to explain seafood sources
- Most kid-friendly healthy food store
Finalist, Favorite Gourmet Shop category
NWsource People's Picks 2005 contest. The annual contest ran online from June 13 to July 22, during which Seattleites voted for their favorite local places and people in a variety of categories.
PCC Delis voted favorite place for a quick healthy meal.
